Happy 7th Anniversary Patrick!

Patrick and I were married 7 years ago today. I like the above photo because it symbolizes our relationship. We try not to take life too seriously and laugh a lot together. I think that attitude helps us through the tough times and makes us stronger.

The topic is quite interesting to me and I try to follow the news about it. In an Associated Press article that ran in today's Statesman, a family "won" and will get money from the government for injury caused by vaccines.

Even though this case doesn't set a precedent, I would think this would cause more families with autistic children to try to get money. However, that link has not been proven...

How can I become a Superdelegate?

I have decided to make going to the Democratic National Convention one of my life goals. I need to start off my going to my local Democratic party meetings. And believe you me, in Williamson County, I may be stoned to death for attending a meeting like that.

I just got a call from the Obama campaign...

making sure I was going to go vote in the primaries. I told the volunteer, that yes, I was going to vote on Tuesday. She then wanted to make sure I knew about voting in the caucus. I had her explain that process since I was a bit unclear on the reasons behind it. After listening to her, I realized how antiquated the system is. I know I won't have the ability to go to my polling place twice in one day. Very few people have that kind of time...

I haven't posted to this blog in nearly a year AND I could be at the Obama Rally right now, but I am at home.

The easy answer to both is that I lead a very busy life. I plan on posting more to my blog. We'll see...
